The Habit Course

The course is organized with 5 Modules:
Identify → Understand → Plan → Attempt → Assess & Adapt

  1. Identify: We'll figure out WHO you want to become, then reduce that to the behavior we're going to turn into a habit.
  2. Understand: We'll learn the essentials of Behavior, Habits, and Context.
  3. Plan: We'll create your rock-solid Habit Plan (this exercise is worth the entire course FYI).
  4. Attempt: You'll attempt your plan. Thinking and planning is great, but you have to take action to improve.
  5. Assess & Adapt: We'll go over your past week's performance and identify problems and create solutions. 

This course is entirely self-paced. If you want to go through it together, go ahead and buy the Course + Coaching Bundle.

Whichever route you choose, this process will help you become who you want to be. If it doesn't I don't want your money. As long as you complete the modules and do the work, you are entitled to a full refund for 10 Weeks.
